When do I get the photos, and what’s included?

Next-day by 6pm. You’ll receive a gallery with three sets: MLS-ready (≈2400–3000px, ≤10MB), social crops (1080×1350 & 1080×1080), and hi-res print (≈3600–4000px long edge).

What’s included in the $249 combo?

30 HDR photos + 5 drone aerials (front, back, overhead, lot context, and area landmark), delivered next day by 6pm with MLS + social + print export sets.

How long does the $249 combo take on site?

Most homes (1,800–3,000 sq ft) take about 60–90 minutes. Larger or complex properties may run 90–120 minutes.

What’s your weather policy?

Weather & rescheduling
We prioritize safety and FAA compliance. Weather-related reschedules are included at no additional charge when flights would be unsafe or unlawful (rain, lightning, sustained winds near or above 18 mph, low ceilings, or denied airspace authorization). We’ll work with you to rebook at the next available time. If you need to reschedule for non-weather reasons, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $49 same-day reschedule fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be billed as a completed visit.

Payment, cancellations & travel?

Pay at booking or delivery. Free reschedule/cancel up to 24 hours; inside 24h a $49 fee may apply.

Are you insured?

Yes — commercial general liability $1,000,000 per occurrence, and coverage applies to aerial/drone operations conducted under FAA Part 107. COI available; we can add your brokerage as Additional Insured.
