Weather reschedules are included at no charge when flights would be unsafe or non-compliant — rain, lightning, sustained winds near or above 18 mph, low ceilings, or denied airspace authorization. We'll rebook you at the next available slot.

For non-weather reschedules, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $49 same-day fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be billed as a completed visit.

Yes. Commercial general liability at $1,000,000 per occurrence, covering aerial and drone operations under FAA Part 107. COI available on request — we can add your brokerage as Additional Insured.
