How long does the $249 combo take on site?
Most homes (1,800–3,000 sq ft) take about 60–90 minutes. Larger or complex properties may run 90–120 minutes.
When do I get the photos, and what’s included?
Next-day by 6pm. You’ll receive a gallery with three sets: MLS-ready (≈2400–3000px, ≤10MB), social crops (1080×1350 & 1080×1080), and hi-res print (≈3600–4000px long edge).
Do you fly drones everywhere?
We’re FAA Part 107 and request LAANC when required. We won’t fly over people, in rain, or in unsafe wind. If airspace authorization is denied, we’ll capture premium ground angles and reschedule aerials at no penalty when possible.
What’s your weather policy?
No-penalty reschedule for rain, lightning, low ceilings, or sustained winds around 18+ mph. Twilight is weather-dependent; we can switch to day or offer virtual twilight.
Payment, cancellations & travel?
Pay at booking or delivery. Free reschedule/cancel up to 24 hours; inside 24h a $49 fee may apply.

Are you insured?
Yes — commercial general liability $1,000,000 per occurrence, and coverage applies to aerial/drone operations conducted under FAA Part 107. COI available; we can add your brokerage as Additional Insured (usually within 1 business day).
