Common questions

Do you provide measurements, mapping or survey-grade data?

No — Skyhaus Aerials focuses on visual documentation. We do not provide survey or engineering services, volumetrics or measurement-grade mapping. That keeps the service simple, fast and affordable for builders.

How often should we schedule visits?

Most builders choose monthly or bi-weekly visits. For fast-moving projects, weekly coverage is available. You can note your preferred cadence on the booking form and we’ll follow up with a simple retainer plan.

What does a typical visit look like on site?

A standard visit takes about 45–90 minutes depending on site size and access. We capture aerial overviews, key elevations and ground photos; for Photo + Video, we also film short clips from the air and/or a gimbal-stabilized walkthrough.

How do we receive the photos and video?

You’ll receive an online gallery link with dated folders for each visit. Photos are provided in web-ready and hi-res versions; video clips are delivered as MP4 files ready for email, presentations or social media.

Are you insured and FAA certified?

Yes. Skyhaus Aerials operates under FAA Part 107 and carries commercial liability insurance that covers aerial operations. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming your company as Additional Insured is available on request.
