Useful for project teams
Support owner updates, internal reporting, stakeholder communication and historical project records.
Aerial construction support
Scheduled aerial and ground documentation for builders, developers, owners and project teams who need clear, organized visual records of what is changing on site.
Built for project visibility
SkyHaus Aerials provides construction progress photography and drone media throughout San Antonio, Boerne and nearby Hill Country communities. The goal is straightforward: give your team clear, dated imagery that is easy to compare, share and archive.
Support owner updates, internal reporting, stakeholder communication and historical project records.
Saved viewpoints and flight references help create comparable visual records from visit to visit.
Receive clearly dated media that can fit into reports, shared drives or an agreed project folder structure.
Custom recurring scopes may differ when specified in a project Scope of Work.
Visit options
These starting rates remain available for straightforward visits. Larger sites, expanded coverage, special insurance requirements or recurring programs may require a custom Scope of Work.
Best for straightforward documentation when the priority is clear still imagery for records, reports and project updates.
A stronger option when the project team also needs short motion clips for updates, presentations, investor communication or marketing.
Travel outside the included service area is calculated under the SkyHaus Travel Policy unless a project Scope of Work states otherwise.
How it works
Select Photo Only or Photo + Video based on how your team plans to use the media.
Provide access details, project contacts, site rules, required PPE and any priority areas or recurring viewpoints.
Construction progress media normally targets delivery within 48–72 hours unless the project SOW states another timeline.
Repeatability & site safety
Repeatability matters, but an active construction site is not a controlled studio. SkyHaus uses a documented capture approach while keeping safety and lawful operation first.
We use saved viewpoints, waypoint or flight references where appropriate, altitude, aircraft heading, gimbal pitch, camera settings and prior reference images to reproduce comparable angles from visit to visit. Exact positioning may vary slightly because of GPS accuracy, wind, site changes, cranes, equipment, temporary structures, obstacles, airspace conditions and operational safety.
The client or project team is responsible for site authorization, usable access, site contacts, known hazards, restricted-area information and communicating required PPE or site rules. SkyHaus retains control over its own operational safety and may decline or modify work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully.
