Need recurring coverage? Monthly, twice-monthly, weekly or milestone-based schedules can be arranged through a project-specific Scope of Work that defines cadence, coverage, pricing, priority areas, intended use, delivery, access, safety and any project-specific requirements.

Travel outside the included service area is calculated under the SkyHaus Travel Policy unless a project Scope of Work states otherwise.

How it works

Predictable capture, organized delivery.

Choose the visit type

Select Photo Only or Photo + Video based on how your team plans to use the media.

Confirm site requirements

Provide access details, project contacts, site rules, required PPE and any priority areas or recurring viewpoints.

Receive organized media

Construction progress media normally targets delivery within 48–72 hours unless the project SOW states another timeline.

Repeatability & site safety

Comparable progress views without overpromising exact positioning.

Repeatability matters, but an active construction site is not a controlled studio. SkyHaus uses a documented capture approach while keeping safety and lawful operation first.

How repeatable views are created

We use saved viewpoints, waypoint or flight references where appropriate, altitude, aircraft heading, gimbal pitch, camera settings and prior reference images to reproduce comparable angles from visit to visit. Exact positioning may vary slightly because of GPS accuracy, wind, site changes, cranes, equipment, temporary structures, obstacles, airspace conditions and operational safety.

Site access & safety responsibilities

The client or project team is responsible for site authorization, usable access, site contacts, known hazards, restricted-area information and communicating required PPE or site rules. SkyHaus retains control over its own operational safety and may decline or modify work that cannot be performed safely or lawfully.

Visual documentation only. Construction progress media records visible conditions at the time of capture. It is not an inspection, engineering evaluation, safety audit, code review, legal survey, certification, contractor-performance verification, draw approval, quantity verification, percentage-complete determination or substitute for the project team's professional construction-management process.

FAQ

Common construction-progress questions.

Do you provide measurements, mapping or survey-grade data?
No. SkyHaus Aerials focuses on visual documentation. The service is not a land survey, engineering evaluation, safety inspection, code review, certification, quantity verification, draw approval, percentage-complete verification, volumetric service or survey-grade mapping product. Advanced mapping or technical measurement work is outside the standard construction-progress scope unless separately evaluated and expressly agreed in writing.
How often should we schedule visits?
Monthly and twice-monthly coverage are common starting points, while fast-moving phases may benefit from weekly or milestone-based visits. Recurring construction work is normally documented in a project-specific Scope of Work so the cadence, coverage, price, priority areas, delivery, access, safety requirements and intended use are clear from the beginning.
Will the photos be taken from exactly the same angles every time?
We aim for repeatable, comparable views rather than promising mathematically identical camera positions. SkyHaus uses saved viewpoints, flight references, altitude, heading, gimbal pitch, camera settings and prior reference images to reproduce the same general view as closely as safely practical. Small differences can occur because of GPS accuracy, wind, site changes, equipment, cranes, obstacles, airspace or safety conditions.
What does a typical visit look like on site?
A typical visit takes about 45–90 minutes depending on site size, access, requested coverage and current construction conditions. Standard visits may include aerial overviews, key elevations, ground documentation and phase-specific details. Photo + Video visits also include short aerial and/or gimbal-stabilized clips.
How quickly is construction progress media delivered?
Construction progress media normally targets delivery within 48–72 hours after the visit unless the applicable project Scope of Work states a different timeline. Larger custom projects, special editing, access delays or other project-specific requirements may use a different agreed schedule.
How do we receive the photos and video?
Media is normally delivered through an organized private gallery with the visit date clearly identified. For recurring or custom projects, SkyHaus can also follow an agreed client naming convention, folder structure or delivery workflow so the files fit more easily into your existing reporting process.
Are you insured and FAA certified?
Yes. SkyHaus Aerials operates under FAA Part 107 and carries commercial liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. If your project requires specific insurance wording, Additional Insured status, a particular certificate format, site orientation or special compliance documentation, please provide those requirements before scheduling so they can be reviewed.
