When will I receive the media?
Standard photography is targeted for delivery the next day by 6 PM.
Specialty add-on turnaround varies by service and may be delivered separately.
When is payment due?
No upfront payment is generally required. Payment is due when the edited gallery is ready
and before full downloadable files are released. Custom projects or specially quoted work
may have different payment terms when stated in writing.
How far do you travel?
The first 25 one-way driving miles from ZIP 78249 are included.
Travel from 26–60 miles is $49, and 61–100 miles is $99.
Locations beyond 100 miles require a custom quote.
What happens when weather or airspace prevents a drone flight?
Safety and legal requirements come first. Drone work may be delayed,
rescheduled, adjusted, or omitted when weather, visibility, airspace restrictions,
site conditions, or other operational factors prevent a safe and compliant flight.
How should the property be prepared?
Turn on the lights, clear counters and floors, make beds, secure pets,
tidy exterior areas, and move vehicles away from the front of the property when possible.
Can I book add-ons without a package?
Yes. Add-on-only orders require at least $100 in paid add-ons.
On-site services are also subject to the applicable travel policy.
